He will join you, so be sure you have a space free for him before you click on the cage. You won't see him until you click on the cage then his dialogue screen will appear. There is another exit to the room on the same wall you came in. Go back down the elevator and take the corridor to where it ends in a room.
You are back at the entrance, but have now opened a way to get back in without passing the dragon. Press the switch to go up a level and follow the corridor around until you get to the end. The dragon doesn't fit into the door, so you will be safe from it when you get there.Īt the end of the secret door corridor, turn left and get on the elevator. The switch to open this door is in the northwest corner of the dragon's room (and the door is in the northeast corner). The dragon's room has a secret door covering a back exit (and the only way into the part of the temple you need to visit). It also contains a gold dragon however if you are not prepared to fight a dragon, you can avoid it with judicious use of turn-based mode and running. This room is just past the first refuge room. Your target is the only room to the left of the corridor, and it will be a drop to the floor below, so cast Feather Fall before you get there. There are three rooms to the right off the corridor that you can take refuge in if you time it right, so take a moment to absorb how long it take between bursts.
